I would take your business elsewhere if possible. The Shop doesn’t stand by its customers or take responsibility for their negligence. My sons Wilco shirts are on the back of some other kid bc The Shop gave my order to someone they shouldn’t have, & when I called to ask where my order was bc I received an email stating it was picked up but I didn’t pick it up yet I was given excuses and the buck was passed. Bottom line, I never gave anyone permission to give MY order I paid for to someone other than myself. When I called I was told my order couldn’t be remade or refunded because the shop would be in the red and my son’s shirts were probably in a box somewhere at the school. (They’re not btw) Can you believe this, they gave my order to someone they shouldn’t have and they actually have the nerve to say that to me? Now I’m in the red $48 and my son is still without shirts!!! Garbage, horrible experience, go somewhere else if you can.
