Unsealed bottle and no response

I received my order with one of the base oils open and spilled all over everything. I reached out to the company by email to get a replacement and have had absolutely no response. Yet I was sent this review process.

Broken container

I received the order and everything looked great except for the fact that one of my containers was broken. I messaged the owner on instagram about a possible replacement, but never heard back. Packaging the contents a little more for longer shipping times would be helpful in the future.
