Palestine Postcard - Hoodie

The size and colour were wrong, sent 5 emails trying to change it and didn’t get any reply, would never use them again

I basically bought the hoodie alongside 2 cups more than a month ago. Delivery took way more time than what was estimated when I made the purchase, but that wasn’t a very big problem. The issue started when I found a problem with the size of the hoodie where it was small and I emailed them right away but till now, 6 weeks after and they’re still not even replying just for a simple size exchange!
