My favourite shower oil

This is my favourite! I love the scent, and I think it’s perfect not only for the evening but also for the morning. It helps me feel relaxed and refreshed at the same time. I also love the size of the bottle—it will last a long time. I will definitely buy it again.

I purchased this as I love the De-stress range and the Mind one is so beautiful and relaxing, it’s like going to a Spa in your bathroom. When you pour the shower oil into cupped hands and do the Aromatherapy Associates ritual of taking a moment to inhale deeply and indulge in the present, you can feel your senses calm and relax- it’s pure pleasure! Then when you massage this oil onto your skin you can feel how luxurious and nourishing it is, the milky texture is gorgeous and melts this fragrance of calm all over you. I absolutely adore this product, perfect for quick turnaround showers but still want to feel pampered. Highly recommend
