I pre-ordered this top and Isabella went above and beyond to ensure that it arrived to me on time for an event. The top was absolutely beautiful and the quality was outstanding. Unfortunately, it didn't suit me and I wouldn't wear it enough and despite the returns policy Isabella allowed me to return the items and was so very kind and her response was immediate. Honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced. I will 100% be purchasing from this brand again even though one item didn't suit me seeing the quality and outstanding service would make me return over and over again. Thank you.
