Hair shampoo

The shampoo is okay. I normally put the conditioner on first and then put the shampoo on and I find this works better for me.

Using hair strength shampoo

I have used this product for one month now. I have noticed that it leaves hair smoother and it does not dry skin as some other shampoos do. I have used serum for half year now and it has worked for me reducing shedding and activated new hair growth. Shampoo adds to results as same incridients are used in both products.
