You will practice each move over and over until perfected. The frustrating part to this video is to figure out what to do with all of the moves you just learned. That's where Logic 2 comes in. Watch the free segment, as the teaching is like this throughout. Be warned that a lot of the material presented is not easy, but manipulation never is. With practice, you be able to be prepared to move onto the next level!
