Avoid this store - The product delivered looks nothing like the pictures. What was delivered was a very light chain (think bath plug chain) with a lock attached. I initiated a return and was offered a 50% discount. As the item had to be returned to Australia i opted for the discount. If you want to arrive at the same product go to loval DIY store and buy a length of cheap chain there

I honestly thought the quality would be better. The lock is nice and heavy, but the chain has a little bit a cheap look and seems like it will break easily.. let’s see how it goes

The necklace is very different from the product photo. I'm so disappointed. Would never order again.
