Terrible

I purchased this band for a new watch I’d built. It turned out to be too large for my wrist so I followed the procedure for returns, emailing the address given. I’ve now sent 3 emails over several weeks and have had zero response. None. Ghosted. This is outrageous. I’ve never had a company ghost me when I asked to make a return.
