Terrible, very frustrating to deal with

Do not like. Customer service is terrible. Two orders were placed and they cancelled one but never refunded me. Ripoff.

Incorrect Size

Strap is good quality but I received the wrong size. Company hasn't responded to my email regarding an exchange.
