From a skeptic to a believer!
When I first heard about theses fins, I initially thought it was just another gimmick to sell more fins. Then I started hearing people talking about them on podcast, YouTube videos, and in forums. So I decided to give them a try.
I normally have two sets of fins for my Sanchez Twin + Trailer, an upright set for my local beach break, and a keel-ish set for the points in the area. We'll, after putting a set of the small C-Drive fins with a trailer in, I was sold! They really do provide the best of both a keel and an upright fin. Heaps of drive without being sticky and plenty of release when I want to pivot or break the fins free. Now I only use this one set of C-Drive fins in my board no matter what kind of wave I'm surfing.
They definitely work!
