I hate exercise! So this makes my day!

Yes, I hate exercise - and I don't feel like I'm working out when I stand on the vibe plate for 10, 20 or even 30 minutes. But boy do I feel it the next day! I am sore from the movement in my arms, back and legs. I love it. I can't wait to see more results!

I purchased the Oscillation plate to help improve my bone density and this concentrated walking impact seemed the perfect choice. One week in, I had some difficulties with the machine and sent them an email. Within two hours they not only responded, but by close of day, had FedExed me a replacement. Now I use the plate 5-10 minutes every morning and night. I won't know about my bone density until the next test, but was completely surprised by the disappearance of everyday over-exertion aches and pains, and the increase in energy. I can't wait to see what other changes this machine adds to my life. Thank you, Jay.
