Deep Farmhouse Skillet

Love my new skillet and have been using it regularly for more than a month now. My mom came for a visit and made her “famous” chicken cutlets in it, which turned out great. I like how it’s easy to control the temperature with this skillet.

In the last 5 years I have decided to switch my pots, pans and baking ware to a more natural product because I wanted to protect my family from the chemicals that are used on cookware. I was throwing away pans twice a year because the surface of the pans were peeling and this could be a potential health hazard for me and my family. I realize that the Smithey products are an investment but I only need to buy them once and take care of them and I will have them for a lifetime. Currently in the process of seasoning my new beautiful farmhouse skillet. Love.
