Garmin RV 795

This is a good gps I travel alone and was looking for something besides Google maps to keep me from a lot of low clearance

Very disappointed with the Garmin 795

Not good. The unit I got will not have a screen brighter than 40% which means with the unit on your RV dash and any kind of light coming in windshield you cannot see the display. Yes I have gone to settings and tried to increase it but I get a message that said you have to use the provided power cord which I have on three different vehicles with no change. Plus the battery on the unit only supplies power for less than 30 seconds once it is unplugged. I like some of the features on the unit, but right now Goggle Maps on my phone works a lot better.

Great service and a good price

Recieved in just a few days and had a discounted price. The Garmin RV 795 unit is awesome had it setup in seconds to our truck and trailer specs and the screen clarity and quick software make it very easy, comforting navigating experience. Way nicer than my Ford Sync navigation display. Techno RV is a great vendor and I have also bought other RV related items all at a good price and with timely great service. I also like their product setup video series. Very well done. I am happy to support such a great small business.
