I also unknowingly ordered a presale item. When I contacted customer service about my order they were very helpful and explained why I hadn’t received it yet. Great customer service!

Love mine! Works as advertised so far. The warmest my chapstick has gotten is where it has just slightly soft in the tube itself, but it hasn’t melted! 4/5 stars because as soon as I took it out of the box when I got it, some of the holographic honeycomb design immediately flaked off in my hand.

Very cute design and idea. It kept my chapstick from being ruined in the washer! Giving 4 stars because when left in the console of my car my chapstick did get very soft, not melted but almost. Still a great concept and cute designs.
