First off I gotta say I own several thermals & have bought from 3-4 different vendors and Night Vision Universe has the best customer care that I have experienced in a long time. As for the binos they look & feel amazing. The battery compartment is a little hard to open but that is my only complaint. The ease of use and button layout is far better than my Pulsar Mergers and it is hard to beat the clarity & detail of Nocpix image.
