* It’s more than just the product *
It’s not just the product that we’re buying when we purchase something. It’s actually the company, the people who run the company, the health of the company, their products’ warranty, and the customer service. All these elements are an important part of what we’re buying. The product, whatever it is, might be really great in every way, but if the warranty or the customer service sucks, then really, so does the product. How good is a product if the company doesn’t stand behind it, or you, their customer? It’s a firm statement on their part about the quality of their products, and how much they value their customers. And, truthfully, the strength and stability of the company itself.
Mark and Gareth are the real deal! Based on how well I’ve been treated as a customer, as well as my every interaction with each of them, I can say without any doubt, that they are absolutely sincere, and honestly committed to their products, their customers and their company. It’s clearly evident that they are not just going through the motions in order to build a company. They’re doing what they love, and treating people the way they want to be treated. THAT, builds a business and ensures longevity.
Nyce Kayaks is one solid company, with a solid warranty and great customer service. I can’t be more pleased with my purchase of a Nyce Ride!
