I had a question on a Sunday night not about to spend any money. They answered quickly and offered their recommendation on which unit to choose because I wasn't familiar with what the specs meant . They even took the time to take a picture of the tube on the hoffman. Bought a unit in less than 30 mins. Great Customer Service and had it packed and shipped the next day. A++
