It took 4 days to post after i ordered it. Ordered an XL (fits 54-63cm neck), what I got was labelled as an XL but is actually XXL size (fits neck 60-69cm), so its not usable as our dog has a 55cm neck. I emailed customer service within a couple of hours of receiving it. I have tried to call multiple times but nobody answers the phone. I habe not heard back by email so far, so o jane emailed again.

It’s a very great, to see the final product around Wallie neck, other dog collars kept on breaking , due to the size of Wallie and his strength, Our beloved Wallie has been through so many collars, it was time to spend a little more money on the collar, With that being said, we finally found a product, which he needed, a wide fit, and supper strong tough buckles that don’t look like they are going to break, Very easy to put on and clip up, with a solided round and secure ring to attach to the chain when walking Wallie,
