I absolutely ADORE all NotPolish acrylic but an item I was going to buy didn't save in my cart & I sent an email to their customer service about it that same night. I got an email back the next day saying no problem, they'll take care of it but didn't see anything was added to my order so got a bit nervous. I just got my package today & they put my item in with it & didn't charge me the extra shipping! Can't say enough good things about NotPolish, they are THE best!
