This is my first belt and so far she's great! Added another plate already on the first use.

I bought the xsmall because usually that’s what I am But I did have to go to a medium with this brand. Im 4’11 131lb. So definitely measure waist and don’t go by a different brand. I love the color and the material will hold for a while I can tell. There return process to exchange the sizes was very easy and smooth. So thank goodness! (: but overall 10/10 so far!

I'm very new to using weightlifting belts. This is perfect for beginners who don't know what kind of belt to get just yet. It's easy to use and comes with instructions! If you're buying your first belt I recommend this one :)
