Lorex 4K Dual Lens Wi-Fi Security Camera with Smart Security Lighting

Very satisfied so far working good. Had a couple minor issue of not finding I contacted tech support and now they are running great. Great company and very satisfied customer.

Horrible and Inconsistent Customer Support

The camera would not connect to my network, nor reset. Solid red light on all the time. I called support who troubleshot and agreed to replace the camera. At that time Lorex asked for a pic of the camera, which I emailed right away. That was over 2 weeks ago. Five calls later, with each call taking 30-60 minutes, I was repeatedly assured the replacement camera would be shipped with no action needed on my part. Today, I called to find out what was up and was informed they needed another pic of the serial number plate and to obtain other information I had also previously provided. LOREX support process is time consuming, inconsistent and overall horrible. I cannot recommend LOREX even though they have some nice products, their customer service is among the very worst out there. I would suggest you avoid LOREX for that reason.

Easy to setup and great video quality. I replaced a Lorex PTZ WiFi camera that didn't hold up well in summer heat. I hope this one lasts longer. I like the coverage this camera gives me from the same location without having to PTZ to see everything.
