I ordered a cage HappypetHQ. The cage was drop shipped from the manufacturer. Even though all the paperwork was in order the manufacturer shipped the wrong cage. HappyPetHQ went out of their way to help get this resolved successfully. I appreciate the time they took working with A & E to get it right. HappyPetHQ worked tirelessly to ensure everything was successfully resolved. I now have the correct cage.
