Beautiful rug. Soft underfoot. Hoovers really well. Coming up fluffy and clean every time. Spills wipe off easily . We love it under my coffee table. Very stylish

I was looking for a cream rug to put in my living room and I loved the look of this one. I contacted customer service with a few questions about the rug and the packaging, and they got back to me promptly. The rug itself feels well made and I love how soft it feels. That's exactly what I was looking for. I ordered the underlay as well and I'm glad I did. The underlay is very sticky, so it keeps the rug adhered to the floor and prevents the corners of the rug from curling upward. Placing a large rug over the underlay is a bit tricky as you don't want creases in the underlay, so it does require at least two people to set it up more smoothly. I'm happy with my purchase and I would order from Kukoon again!
