The product was nice once I recieved it almost a month after christmas. I ordered on 12/10 and was unable to contact anyone by phone, email, or text. I was ignored and didn't appreciate and also my grandson didn't get his gift for Christmas. So the product was OK but your customer service seems to be non existent. Treating people the way you treated and ignored me, is something you really need to change.

I bought the double heart necklace for my granddaughter and really liked it so I bought the cross for my grandson since They are siblings. I didn’t want him to feel left out. I like that it is personalized. I want them to have something tangible that reminds them how much I love them.
