The jewellery is so beautifully crafted and good quality (+ such pretty packaging) and the customer service was excellent! My order arrived a little later than expected, but after I placed my order Kate reached out right away to let me know and kindly offered a refund if needed and even included a surprise piece of jewellery in the package, which was very thoughtful :) Look forward to shopping here again and highly recommend it!
