Excellent Customer Service

I bought the petite Queen Elizabeth pendant for my daughter. She loved it and wore it several times. A few months later the chain broke. They offered to replace it but she wanted the Queen Elizabeth pendant with the bigger chain. Susan Shaw refunded the cost and I ordered the larger chain. My daughter continues to wear it often and said she receives compliments every time.
