Veggie Medley (Giardiniera)

So good!

To be honest, I was dubious about the naming convention "Veggie Medley". It didn't sound like it would be tasty, but it is oh, so good! I think it may be my favorite of the items I have tried. Looking forward to ordering it again.

We ordered a few different products to start into our ferment journey and this veggie medley was a winner. We have already finished up the veg and are sipping on the brine now, nothing wasted. We will be reordering these veggies.

Love all their products so far! The sauerkraut is outstanding , as are the picked and olives- the bees knees for sure! The packaging is so good and it arrives in good time- AAA PLUS all around!
