The regular size for the pro is too big on me. If you have breads or a larger hair I recommend it. I have a low cut and it lacks of my head. Wouldn’t really use it to keep waves down. I got the lime green color and it’s nice but really bright. Would have went with another color. I would recommend this to somebody else though. I like the product. Just wish the cap fit me better for me and my current Caesar wave fade hairstyle. Great product give it 3 stars but it’s really good product honestly. Just doesn’t fit me well.
