SkinSmart Antimicrobial Eczema Therapy

It's not a magical cure, but it does seem to be a nice boost in my fight against eczema and seborrheic dermatitis! It serves well as a compliment to the other things I use. It goes on like a mist of water, and evaporates quickly. I like this stuff! Will certainly be coming back for more!!

Same benefits from the so called “name brand”. Makes my skin feel so much better. The spray could be a little “finer mist”, but not a deal breaker!

This is the only thing that takes care of a weird itchy rash on my neck. Love the stuff!!
