Not bad
I'm diabetic and I got these to go under dresses/skirts so I have a pocket for my insulin pump. Placement of the pocket was good if you have a looser skirt, but would be obvious with a slinkier/tight fitting dress.
I wore them over tights & under a dress for a cold/winter wedding guest outfit.
Four star instead of five just because the first time I put them on, my socked foot did that thing where it frictions with the fabric, got caught & pulled and immediately a couple stitches on the pocket ripped when the fabric stretched.
They're soft (which is nice!) but the softer fabric made them really hard to pull up when worn over tights. Also kind of caught my dress skirt as well so wouldn't recommend with any silky materials on top.

These shorts make it possible for me to finally wear dresses again! No more thigh rub or perspiration to interfere with walking. The Cargo with the pocket gives me a place to carry my cell phone/ID/credit card. Love ‘em!
