These gloves are the best I've found for preserving the feel of all the activities mentioned in the title. I've had a pair of these, happily replacing them as needed, for 40 years. They conform to you after a time and shrink into fitting nicely even if wet, and then oiled a bit. I've gotten them for the entire fam. I have the insulated version as well and am equally happy with them.
