Delicious Chocolate but Weak Structure

In both my 16 box and 12 box, all of he Alexanders fell apart when they were removed from the paper. The bottom of the truffle stuck to the paper and half the filling fell out... This did not happen with any other variety. I would recommend a dark cardboard structure to separate the truffles as the while shows chocolate smears.

Perfect Father's Day Gift!

My husband especially loved the Anam Cara and Alexander truffles. The Anam Cara was delicious, with fine dark chocolate and just the right touch of salt. The Alexander was equally memorable, with raspberry and delicate floral undertones. We'll definitely be ordering again.
