Dislike, looks cheap feels cheap, especially for the price I paid

Although fast delivery, the necklace arrived extremely tangled. It took me 15 minutes to untangle. Also the clasp for the necklace came loose during wear, very difficult to secure. I called and did not get a response. Not happy
