Waxed Cotton Rope and Patch Hat

Poor quality

Package arrived on time and packaged nicely but the hat I purchased is very crumpled and the bill is misshapen with one of the sides slightly curled. I’m not sure if this happened during transit. I’ve tried a couple things to straighten it out over the course of two weeks and can’t get it to where my son will wear it. Hat did not arrive as pictured.
