HYDRON V2 RUBBER GREY

Great watch, but the strap lets it down

The STORM Hydron V2 is a great-looking watch and I’m really pleased with the design and quality overall. Unfortunately, the rubber strap is a bit of a let-down. The material is quite sticky, so it attracts dust, fluff and dirt extremely quickly. Even shortly after cleaning it, it starts looking dirty again. It’s a shame because the watch itself looks fantastic. A smoother, less tacky rubber/silicone strap would make a big difference and turn an otherwise excellent watch into a much better overall package.

My new timepiece

A very nice looking timepiece. Not so sure about the rubberized wrist band it takes some getting used to.

Stylish & classic.

Purchased for my son’s 21st, very stylish & classic, lovely polished metal with attention to detail, perfect chunky design with side cut-outs revealing the inside mechanism. Rubber strap easy to adjust with a traditional clasp keeping it secure, will be a timeless design & memory for my son’s 21st.
