Holloway Mid-Century Leather Armchair

Terrible customer service and the quality is not what I had expected. I ordered four and only opened one. I was few days late to return it. I asked if they could at least take the ones that has not been opened back and they said no. I also offered to give them proof of medical emergency why we were 2 days late with their return policy and they said no to that as well.
