Pasta e Fagioli Dry Soup Mix

I loved the Pasta e Fagioli Dry Soup Mix. The spices were delicious in my soup. I followed the recipe on the package but substituted 4 cups of no salt chicken stock and a large low sodium tomato juice for the water. I added more beans to the recipe also. I cooked the soup for a half hour before adding the pasta. This softened the spices. The soup freezes well for a quick leftover dinner. Absolutely loved it!
