I have had 2 large purple plates for the last 15 years. I am a huge fan of this "technology". Recently added a 3rd to my repertoire and will likely add a 4th. I keep all supplements, crystals, water - anything that goes into my body on the plate, and i try to "run" most/all of my food across it for at least 10 minutes. Can't say enough good things about what I observe and experience using this product.
