I can't imagine eating any other lettuce ever again. This is truly magical lettuce! So delicate, so flavourful. Been eating this all winter. Love your greens! How blessed we are to have this grown local. Each head makes a remarkably substantial base for a full salad for each meal. Don't be fooled by the tiny root ball!
