Kanehide Honesuki

Fantastic Blade! Have been using solidly for a month now and taking it to the stones for the forst time now! Sharp out of the box, great length, smooth in the hand. Would make a great entry boning knife to the WA style. Blade runner was quick, smooth and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.
