Great, but with a flaw.

We find the pan to be of very good quality. Sturdy, but not too heavy. Cooks evenly with great heat dispersion. We love the silicone grips on the pan handles and lid. A competitor of theirs did not have this feature. The handles got extremely hot where you couldn't touch them. Returned. What we don't like about the Circulon are the grooves. Food builds up in those grooves and is difficult to remove without excessive scouring, which will ruin the surface of the pan over time. Made crepes in the pan one day, and yes, grooves in the crepes. Love the pan, if they were smooth. I say they, because there are two pots on this order as well. Loose the grooves!

Dream cookware

I never allowed myself really nice pots and pans because of the price, but finally splurged and bought three skillets, including the 5 qt. Sauce pan. I am so in love with them. They are amazing and so easy to clean up!

5qt. Skillet

We love this for frying bacon. It’s deep enough to help contain popping and splattering of grease. Love all of our Circulon cook ware.
