Corduroy Backpack - Mocha

I have had the worst ever experience with your company. Firstly, my Order took ages to process and delivery time took longer than I anticipated. Secondly, as promised due to the delay I was promised to be given a $20.00 voucher, unfortunately it never happened!!! Very disappointed!!!

Beautiful lightweight bag. Amazing material and colour. Perfect size for our little guy. Definitely recommend.

I have used the backpack for my daughter’s daycare bag (2 days a week) for less than 2 weeks and the zipper has already failed. I sent an email Friday asking for warranty replacement. Got the automated 24hr response message. It’s now Tuesday afternoon and I haven’t heard anything but I got an email for a review so once I get a response from customer service, I’ll delete the email.
