I’ve been loving my full-sized Liforme yoga mat for its grip and firmness — my previous mat was so squishy that I had a hard time in one-legged postures. However, I need a little extra padding under my hands or knees some days. This has been a perfect addition to my practice, providing enough cushion without sacrificing stability!

Love it but not used as much as I thought i would.

I broke my wrist and needed extra cushioning to be able to return to my practice. It helps take the edge off and that’s worth gold .
