Great Customer support

I did receive my bouquet today, My wife loved the detail and product overall . I was also contacted by customer support and it was determined that the USPS was a failure on making the timely delivery

Writing was to light

Everything was as expected except the writing on the flower pot. It is EXTREMELY light. I guess o should have upgraded to the silver pot. I just assumed the writing was going to be in black on the terracotta pot not gray.
