Love love love 🧀
My S.O. is dairy free and he said he absolutely loved this cheese! He said it doesn’t have the typical “dairyfree” cheese artificial taste :) We will be buying from here in the future!

Versatile
I've been vegan so long that I don't recall what the dairy version of Gruyere tasted like for comparison but regardless, this one is tasty. It's firm but smooth and a mild flavor which can pair with just about anything. Slice it, cube it, shave it, shred it!
