The mats are good, I just would like them better if they had Velcro to connect when you have more than one mat.

Somewhat of an inconvenience

I thought I was getting the 1 1/4” thick mats, until I needed to order more mats. Then it was brought to my attention that I had 1 3/8” thickness and that the ones I ordered were 1 1/4”. So I called and it was revealed I got the 1 3/8” in the first order, and that they no longer are making that thickness anymore. So I think they just gave them to me thinking I wouldn’t make it a big deal. I was a week away from opening my gym, I couldn’t afford to ship them back for all the right sizes. Both financially and time wise I couldn’t afford to do anything about it. Luckily they found some of the same thickness in a near by warehouse and had them delivered super fast. So I didn’t exactly get what I paid for but it works for now. Aside from that, customer service was top notch to help me sort stuff out.
