Love it. Fantastic customer service delivered within two days of ordering. When I phoned about availability the lady answering ran down to the stock room checked it was in stock and phoned me back to confirm she also assured me it would be in the post that afternoon, my tie duly arrived the next day. I felt as though I had been transported back to another era where courtesy and the personal touch were the order of the day.
