Irish Sea Moss

I can’t say enough bad things about how horribly these liquid supplements taste. I was so excited to trynthem out, ans I wish I could rate them on something more than just taste, but I wasn’t able to stomach taking them consistently enough to give a long term health benefit review. All I can say is that the taste and consistency is almost unbearable.

Excellent for digestion

Absolutely amazing for my stomach-- when I am backed up, this provides a nudge to motility that is effective but not aggressive. I feel like it reminds my system what to do, instead of hijacking's it into action.

The best tasting sea moss!

I've tried a few different Sea Moss supplements and this is by far the best tasting. Also the easiest and most convenient to take. Goes great with a smoothie or just on its own.
