Customer service is a 10/10. They answered promptly and everything. They are great! The sign is very nice and built well- we wished the backplate had a backplate so it would enclose all the wires and just have the wire we needed coming out. I gave it a 4/5 because you need two apps instead of just one and the apps were giving me a hard time (never knew which one would win). You have to literally be right up on the sign to get it to recognize the devices. Other than the apps and how close you have to be to get it to work this is a 10/10 product!

I ordered the letters on a metal backing, which made installation super easy. They look great and make it easy to see the address.
